To increase visibility of the stall in an exhibition and engage visitors through unmatched experience.

To create an innovative engagement program using health consciousness and connecting back to brand’s core ideology.

What could be the better way other than creating an opportunity for visitors to participate, exercise, make it a healthy day and replenish memories at the exhibition stall itself.
We designed a cycling competition using gym bicycles and huge video screen. These were placed at either end of racing tracks and connected with the help of dynamo, sensors & running lights. Screen played animated characters coupled with the individual participant. Sensing the movement of cyclist, fastest reaches first to the finish line and get rewarded for winning the competition.
Short duration, simple rules and well trained support staff encouraged visitor to come forward and participate. The novel idea was blended with use of high finish materials to create an unforgettable ambience.
Result:
Live experience involving human senses manifested the brand message very candidly and as a mark of testimony the stall was rewarded for “BEST INNOVATIVE MARKETING” category.
